Lepaker - the meaning of

Lepaker

Apparently from Malay, perhaps from lepa inattention.

When I first used the word "Lepaker" in university, I took it off the word "Lepak" to signify myself who likes to lepak a lot. Subsequently in 1999, my Mitsubishi Eclipse GST's Kansas car license plate has the word "LEPAKER" on it.
